Twelve Chapters Vinyl

"Twelve Chapters" is collaborative LP from Glimlip, Søren Søstrom & Soul Food Horns. 

Although they are all from different places, the three artists have come together through mutual friends and managed to find moments to share space and musical ideas. This album was the outcome of three sessions taking place in Amsterdam and Austin; starting with drum grooves by Glimlip, recording Elijah Fox’s (Søren Søstrom) harmonic/melodic concepts on grand piano, and then expanding the arrangement under the direction of Louk Cox (Soul Food Horns), accessing a talented cast of session musicians including Yasper Molle (guitar - Amsterdam,NL), Noé Mina (trumpet - Chicago, IL), Greg Clifford (drums - Austin, TX) and many more.
The album is heavily composed of analog, non-looped material - blending Jazz, Electronica and Instrumental Hip-Hop while merging the worlds of live music and computer programmed material.

Printed by Dutch vinyl plant Deep Grooves, Twelve Chapters is a 12”, 33rpm black 180gr Vinyl. The album is printed with top quality, ecologically friendly materials and is available for shipping globally. It also includes a free download of the album, as well as a custom QR code which will direct fans to a landing page, giving them the option to stream the album on various DSP’s.
